TCXOs and VCTCXOs in miniature SMD packages 

NEW: JT21P(V) and JT22P(V) 

JT21P(V) and JT22P(V) are two series of temperature compensated high stability oscillators with a frequency stability as tight as ± 1.0 ppm, and are offered in a frequency range from 8.0 MHz to 52.0 MHz and are starting at 1.8V.

In addition to the TCXO JT21P/JT22P, the VCTCXO versions JT21PV/JT22PV can be tuned by ±8.0 ppm min. using an external voltage.

 

JT21P(V) and JT22P(V) fulfil high requirements for wireless applications

Due to the high frequency stability down to ± 1.0 ppm the JT21P(V) and JT22P(V) series fulfil very high requirements and are specially designed for ZigBee, Bluetooth and other wireless applications.

The JT21P(V) and JT22P(V) series combine excellent frequency stability with a clipped sine output, that enables a very low power consumption.

The JT21P(V) and JT22P(V) series are particularly suitable for miniaturized electronic devices with very limited space on printed circuit board.

The JT21P(V) and JT22P(V) are available in a variety of temperature ranges, up to the extended operating temperature range of -30°C ~ +85°C for industrial applications.

The JT21P(V) and JT22P(V) comply with the EU RoHS directive and are optimally suitable for fast automatic assembly lines.
